Muse from Meta

Managing daily administrative tasks often requires jumping between calendars, inboxes, and financial tools. Acting as an autonomous personal AI agent, Muse from Meta handles complex, multi-step routines across daily productivity, personal finances, commerce, and wellness. Instead of functioning strictly as a passive chat interface, the app works continuously in the background to resolve scheduling conflicts, reserve dining, track spending, and negotiate bills, pausing to request explicit user authorization before completing critical actions or purchases.

Connected Services and Personal Automation

The software operates by linking directly to external accounts, including email, calendars, financial tools, health records, and social platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Users configure which sources to connect and can revoke access to any connector at any time. Drawing context from these data points, the agent monitors deadlines, flags conflicts across schedules, books reservations, and sends follow-ups to contacts without requiring constant prompt entry. Users can also customize the agent by assigning it a preferred name and shaping its conversational style.

Financial Audits and Automated Shopping

For personal commerce and expense tracking, the platform monitors spending patterns without relying on spreadsheets. It audits recurring charges, flags overlooked bills, tracks progress toward user-defined savings goals, and can negotiate lower rates or cancel unwanted subscriptions after obtaining direct user confirmation. In shopping contexts, the tool tracks price shifts, compares item costs across outlets, alerts users to sales, and executes retail orders directly on the user’s behalf once authorized.

Business Management and Health Coaching

Small business operators can connect Instagram Business Accounts, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts to assign higher-level objectives, such as expanding customer outreach or increasing sales volume. The system analyzes the connected accounts to understand the brand voice, the active inventory, and recurring customer questions. For personal health, the app functions as a daily coach by interpreting shared sleep, wellness, and fitness metrics to generate custom workout routines, track caloric and nutritional intake, and adapt ongoing training schedules based on recent physical activity.

Supervision and Action Approval

Because the agent can initiate end-to-end tasks—such as coordinating entire travel itineraries or organizing a vehicle sale—it relies on an approval-first architecture. Any action involving financial transactions, cancellations, or outbound communication requires explicit user consent before execution. A complete activity log tracks every step taken behind the scenes, and the background system dispatches notifications whenever manual input is required. Users must periodically supervise actions and intervene when necessary, as the underlying AI may occasionally generate inaccurate details or take unexpected steps.
